Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy — Torcida Fan Store

Our products are print-on-demand items produced 
specifically for each order. Under EU consumer law, 
custom-made and personalised goods are exempt from 
the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

We do however accept returns and offer full refunds 
or free replacements in the following cases:

- The wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The print quality is significantly different 
  from what was shown

To request a replacement or refund, please contact 
us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an 
email to torcidafanstore@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue

We will respond within 48 hours and resolve the 
issue at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please consult our 
  size guide in the product photos before ordering)
- Minor colour variations due to screen display 
  differences
